The location was convenient (close to everything i needed). The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The room was modern and clean, i appreciated the daily cleaning service.

Really good Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

The room was cleaned daily. It was maintained to a high standard. My city view room for one person provided plenty of space and had a lovely balcony. The safe was convenient for storing valuables for a small daily fee of €2. I found the reception check-in to be super fast. Food options were amazing. The food tasted very good and was presented well. The staff members were friendly and polite. I easily found a lounger by the pool each day. Breakfast had a very extensive selection of high quality items. The hotel's bar area was full of natural light. The location is very central and close to the beach. This made exploring the area easy and convenient.
The main pool was not very warm, something I expected for the time of year. I later found out about another pool on a different floor but it seemed exclusive to guests staying on that floor.

The staff were polite at reception, in the dining room, and at the bar. Cleaners maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises. I am grateful for the attentiveness.

the location of the place was okay for getting around.
the noise was a big problem. i could hear everything from other rooms like furniture moving and constant walking above. the bed also had wobbly legs, so it moved a lot. i'm disappointed with the room quality.
