The location was convenient (close to everything i needed). The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The room was modern and clean, i appreciated the daily cleaning service.
The pool area could get crowded.

The room was cleaned daily. It was maintained to a high standard. My city view room for one person provided plenty of space and had a lovely balcony. The safe was convenient for storing valuables for a small daily fee of €2. I found the reception check-in to be super fast. The lifts operated efficiently during meal times. Food options were amazing. The food tasted very good and was presented well. The staff members were friendly and polite. I easily found a lounger by the pool each day. Breakfast had a very extensive selection of high quality items. The hotel's bar area was full of natural light. The location is very central and close to the beach. This made exploring the area easy and convenient.

wobbly bed noise problem
the location of the place was okay for getting around.
the noise was a big problem. i could hear everything from other rooms like furniture moving and constant walking above. the bed also had wobbly legs, so it moved a lot. i'm disappointed with the room quality.
